"I'm getting a bill from this company out of this office and I never signed up with anyone with State Farm. They fished my information and when I call the office they have no idea what's going on , very unprofessional and untrained staff, they sound like they just graduated HS if at all . So yea, apparently they are scamming people by opening up accounts without the knowledge of the individual."

"I have had a relationship with this agency for years, but it wasn't until I became the guardian of an estate that I realized the level of professionalism and care this agency provides. The estate I now oversee had a State Farm policy, but with another agency. For ease, I kept the policy with them until: 1. The request for the policy I was paying for was never received 2. A cancellation that I was not aware of occurred because a photo request of the roof was never passed on to me 3. A reinstatement of the policy under the wrong name 4. A refund check for the cancellation was never received 5. The refund check finally arrived, but for the incorrect amount and in the wrong name (I still don't have this refund check 4 months later) 6. Countless emails, texts back and forth to address the aforementioned, but often unanswered, and NOTHING fixed. Then I remembered, I have an agent that I have never had an issue with. I'm switching. In less than a week's time, the problems I have been having have all been addressed, whereas in 12 months, Jan Kruel's agency failed to address them. What that agency lacks, care and professionalism, can be easily found here. Lizbet Martinez is easy to work with, extremely professional, and her response time is unmatched. I highly recommend this agency, explicitly asking for Lizbet; she will get it done!"
